The Brisbane Passport Office has moved

As of Friday 11 July 2025, the Brisbane Passport Office will operate limited services from 1pm – 4pm, from level 17, 150 Charlotte Street, Brisbane. Collection of passports and legalized documents and limited general enquiries only.

From Monday 14 July 2025, they’ll be operating from the new location on the Ground Floor, 340 Queen Street, Brisbane. 8.30am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
